The name Canada is said to have come from the St. Lawrence Iroquoian word ‘kanata’, meaning village or settlement. From very early on Canada has had associations with other languages. And things aren’t so different today! We applaud Canada’s official bilingual status. This makes a lot of sense to a translation agency like us. As a bunch of language geeks, Canada seems like a place to which we could all happily migrate.
We are — however jealously — based in the UK. This is where the founders of Lingo24 discovered and developed their entrepreneurial skills. Since our birth in 2001, we have strived to make our company the best translation agency on the web. We want to blow other translation agencies out of the metaphorical translation water. We want to be the translation equivalent of NHL champions.
